What to do when I receive my order?
When you receive your order, you should always confirm that the item is in perfect condition, without manufacturing defects or other anomalies. If you find that the item is not as intended, you should contact us (using the contact form or email) as soon as possible, to proceed with the exchange of the item.
Returns are accepted within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
How do I return my order?
To proceed with the return of your order, you must start the return process in your account.
Then, put the item in a box (you can use the original COR'S box - never put tape on the item box) and send it to:

Returns are accepted if:
• The articles are in their original condition and have not been used, altered or washed;
• All original labels are included;
• The original box of the item is in perfect condition
• The articles are in perfect condition for sale.
Returns of Crep Protect items are not accepted.
The shipping costs of returning the order are always the customer's responsibility. For this reason, you will have the flexibility to choose the carrier or postal service you want.
It is not necessary to send the products in an express service
Can I exchange or return my order in a physical store?
Yes, the return can be made in one of the physical stores, and you must follow the conditions mentioned above.

How and when will I receive a refund for my return?
Refunds are made using the same payment method used to place the order. You will receive your refund within 14 days.
